Specifically, Kernow Coatings will:

Lead in sustainable innovation by advancing synthetic media solutions that help customers rethink design, marketing, and business processes—reducing reliance on traditional resources and travel-intensive ways of working.

Invest in more sustainable operations through ongoing collaboration and targeted investment to improve the environmental performance of our business operations, facilities, and data centres.

Work with responsible suppliers who share our commitment to sustainable and ethical business practices.

Advocate for positive change by collaborating with customers, peers, industry associations, and partners to support policies and initiatives aligned with the goals of the Paris Agreement.

Build awareness and engagement by educating and engaging employees, customers, and other stakeholders on sustainability topics and initiatives.

Strengthen transparency and accountability by measuring and reporting our environmental impacts through our Corporate Social Responsibility Report, CDP, and other recognised disclosure frameworks.

Strive to achieve sustainability targets focused on material environmental areas:

Secure 100% renewable electricity by April 2026

Net zero by 2050

Achieved ISO45001 and ISO14001 by 2023

30% reduction in emissions from business travel by 2030

100% landfill free by 2024

Kernow Coatings employees, vendors and visitors have a legal duty to ensure that all country-appropriate environmental laws and regulations are met.

All Kernow Coatings personnel, including any regular employee, Kernow Coatings-paid temporary employee, contingent worker (including agency temporary employees, independent contractors, and vendor employees) are expected to comply with this policy. This Sustainability Policy has ultimate lineage to Kernow Coatings values and Behaviours as well as from all Board and senior level management policy.
