As the newly appointed CEO of Kernow Coatings, I am thrilled to introduce myself and share our vision for the upcoming quarter. I am excited to be leading such a dynamic and innovative company, and I look forward to working closely with all of you to drive our business forward.
First, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have spent over 30 years in manufacturing, with 20 years in the specialised Print, Substrate and Coating industry, focusing on Design for manufacture, print and innovation. I have held leadership positions at several top-tier companies. I am thrilled to bring my expertise and experience to Kernow Coatings. I may live in Devon, married to a Devonian but I know its Jam first at Kernow Coatings.
We are committed to delivering best-in-class products and services to our customers, whilst driving innovation and sustainability across our operations. This quarter, we will be focusing on several key areas to help us achieve these goals.
First, we will be launching several new products at FESPA in May, that will deliver enhanced performance and sustainability benefits to our customers. These products have been developed based on extensive research and feedback from our customers, and we are confident that they will provide tangible benefits to a wide range of applications.
Second, we will be investing in our operations to ensure that we continue to meet the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Sustainability. This is driven by investment in our team and that of recent talent acquisition in our technical department. Investment in our process is key to optimise and reduce manufacturing costs with the current energy demands.
Finally, we will be strengthening our partnerships with key stakeholders, including our suppliers, customers, and local communities. We believe that collaboration is key to driving innovation and sustainability in the coatings industry, and we are committed to working closely with all of our partners to deliver meaningful results.
Overall, I am incredibly excited about the opportunities ahead for Kernow Coatings, and I am confident that we will continue to build on our track record of success.
