Kernow Coatings, a global leader in innovative coating solutions, are delighted to announce the appointment of two accomplished professionals to its leadership team. Mike Madura has joined as Sales Director for Kernow North America, bringing extensive experience and expertise to drive growth and customer engagement across the American market. Simultaneously, Louise Hart has been appointed as Sales Director for the UK, EU and RoW for Kernow Coatings, where her industry insights and product knowledge positions her perfectly to drive Kernow Coatings’ sales strategy forwards.
With a career that began in the US Navy, followed by over 20 years of experience in the print industry – including roles at Xerox and Mohawk Fine Papers – Mike Madura brings a wealth of expertise in print technology and speciality print media, coupled with a strong track record in product and sales management.
Mike will be focusing on supporting our North American customers across both Narrow and Wide Format Products, as well as spearheading exciting new product launches.
Louise Hart brings 18 years of experience in distributing signage and wide-format materials, as well as hands-on manufacturing knowledge. She carries a wealth of industry insight and expertise with a deep understanding of competitor products, distributor needs and end-user applications – combined with her “lead by example” approach.
Louise will be focusing on elevating the Kernow Coatings brand on a global scale whilst ensuring everyone is aware of the incredible capabilities and innovations that they bring to the industry.
